Randy & Cindy Smart
Aloha I am Cindy Smart & my husband Randy & I are the owners of Smart Chef Hawaii on the west side of the Big Island. We are personal chefs & provide service for special occasions & for regular weekly meals.
My mother was a great southern cook, as was my grandmother. I spent long hours in their kitchens & I have loved to cook since before I got my easy bake oven in 1970. My father was a cook in the military & then ran restaurants until he retired. I worked in those & many other restaurants through the years.
Randy is from the Napa, California area & he and I have traveled & honed our cooking style & recipes together over the last 23 years.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance & we are committed to meeting those needs. We are grateful that a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers & referrals.
