BEEF DISHES
 
Beef Stroganoff: Tender beef fillet mignon and mushrooms in a rich sour cream sauce over egg noodles. Served with fresh salad and bread.
 
Scallopini: Succulent beef strips in a rich lemony, red wine mushroom
gravy. Served with Italian vegetables and French bread.
 
Fillet Mignon Broccoli Beef: Tender beef and succulent broccoli
in a rich ginger/soy sauce served over white rice.
 
Hearty Steak Chili: Melt in your mouth spicy steak and bean chili served
with jalapeno/cheese cornbread.
 
Teriyaki Meat Balls: Yummy bite size meatballs in a Hawaiian style
pineapple teriyaki glaze. Served with white rice. 
 
Killer Beef Meat Loaf: Cheesy meat loaf with a sweet tomato sauce.
Served with mashed potatoes and fresh corn.
 
Steak: Big Island beef cut of your choice with selection of sauces.
Done just the way you like it. Served with baked potato and
seasonal vegetables.
 
 
CHICKEN DISHES
 
Chicken Normandy: Tender chicken breast in an apple brandy cream
sauce. Served with French potatoes and fresh vegetables.
 
Chicken Tetrazzini: Chicken and mushrooms in a creamy white cheese
sauce baked with egg noddles. Served with fresh vegetables.
 
French Chicken: Tender chicken breast drenched in wine, cheese
and mushrooms. Served with crusty French bread.
 
Sante Fe Chicken Pasta: Grilled chicken, tri colored peppers and onions
served over pasta in a spicy cheese sauce.
 
Chicken Piccata: Classic breaded chicken in a light white wine, lemon, caper sauce. Served with rice and seasonal vegetable.
 
 
PORK DISHES
 
Penne Pasta Ala Vodka: Spicy Italian sausage in a creamy tomato, vodka
alfredo sauce over penne pasta. Served with French bread.
 
Italian Spaghetti: Sausage, fresh herbs, spices and tomatoes in a rich marinara sauce over noodles. Served with salad and crispy French bread.
 
Pita Pockets: Greek inspired marinated pork and vegetable stuffed pockets
with a creamy lemon, garlic yogurt sauce.
 
 
SEAFOOD DISHES
 
Shrimp and Crab: Crab and shrimp with a three cheese sauce dripping from a puff pastry shell. Served with almond rice pilaf and vanilla carrots.
 
Fresh Local Fish: Fresh catch broiled or battered to order with your
choice of garlic butter or creamy dill sauce. Served with rice pilaf
and fresh vegetables.
 
Shrimp Salad Crispy local greens topped with popcorn shrimp or shrimp scampi and your choice of dressing.
 
 
VEGETARIAN DISHES
 
Eggplant Parmesan: Crispy olive oil fried eggplant with a rich tomato marinara sauce topped with mounds of cheese and served with salad and french bread.
 
Black Bean Salad: Black beans with tomatoes and onions in a tangy citrus sauce. Served with a crispy Jicama/Carrot slaw and jalapeno/cheese cornbread.
 
Chili Rellenos: Fresh chilies breaded and stuffed with quality cheese
and fried to perfection. Laid in a bed of tangy tomato sauce. Served
with rice, beans and tortillas.
 
Vegetarian Chili: Sweet and spicy bean and vegetable chili served with
jalapeno/cheese cornbread.
 
Caesar Salad: Crisp lettuce, local fruit and vegetables with home made dressing and croutons. Thin steak can be added as in picture below.
